A lovely couple in Mobile, Alabama, is seeking a full-time, live-out, hands-on House Manager to ensure their home runs smoothly and efficiently each day. The two most important components of this role are daily driving and consistent, reliable cooking/meal preparation, so the ideal candidate must be confident in both. The couple will provide a company vehicle for work-related drives. This position is best suited for someone polished and professional, yet warm and personable, while maintaining strong boundaries, and highly organized with a proactive, can-do approach. 

Schedule: Full-time, 5 days per week (two days off- exact days TBD; evenings off)

• Preparing breakfast and lunch daily, along with light dinner pre-cooking and meal prep

• Daily driving for errands, grocery shopping, appointments, and accompanying the principal as needed

• Overseeing general household operations and ensuring all systems are functioning smoothly

• Light tidying and maintaining overall organization

• Managing and coordinating the housekeeping/maid service

• Handling packages, deliveries, and household inventory

• Light handyman tasks and basic troubleshooting

• Laundry and wardrobe care

• Occasional assistance with a small dog

• Accompanying the principal to their farm one to two days per week (approximately a one-hour drive)

• Warm and personable while maintaining strong professional boundaries

• Extremely reliable, organized, and attentive

• Comfortable with small dogs

• Proactive, efficient, and able to anticipate needs

• Strong household management skills and ability to coordinate vendors

• Calm, polished, and professional demeanor

• Excellent driving skills and a clean driving record

• Daily comfort with cooking and meal preparation

• Reliable transportation (pending confirmation about family vehicle)

• Ability to travel to the farm 1–2 days per week

• Ability to perform light handyman tasks as needed

$120,000 - $150,000 per year. DOE.
