A warm, kind family on the Upper West Side is seeking a full-time nanny/family assistant for their 3 year old daughter, starting ASAP. The schedule will be 10am-6pm and the child will be in school (Hollingworth Preschool at Columbia Teachers College) from Fall of 2025 from 9am-3pm Monday through Friday, so the role is very much a hybrid mix of childcare and keeping the household running/organised.

• Prioritizing the safety and well-being of the child when she is not at school
• Laundry for the family
• Food prep for the family (ideally Indian food, but this is not essential)
• Load and unload the dishwasher etc.
• Keeping the daughter's bedroom and the household tidy 
• Grocery shopping
• Returning parcels

• Must have at least 5 years' verifiable experience working as a nanny
• Candidates should have superlative references 
• The ideal candidate would also be fluent in Hindi or Tamil and would be able to prepare Indian food, but this is not a dealbreaker

• US passport, Green Card or EAC 
• Available to start ASAP
• Candidates should be warm, affectionate, flexible and good communicators

• $35-40/hr
