Overview

A live-in newborn care specialist is urgently sought for family with a 4-month-old in the Hamptons, starting ASAP. The schedule will be 7am-7pm from Friday through Monday (worked as a 4-day, live-in shift), and the family will cover the candidate’s commuting costs back and forth from the City (from the City on Thursday evening/ Friday morning and back again on Monday evening). The family have a newborn care specialist working nights through September, so the baby is already getting into a rhythm in terms of sleep.

The successful candidate will have their own bedroom and bathroom on the same floor as the baby, where they may keep their belongings. Breakfast, lunch and dinner/ groceries will be provided for the duration of the contract. Two weekends of domestic travel will be required (candidates will have their own hotel room) which will require a 24 hour schedule is worked (rather than 12 hours), including this coming weekend, if a candidate is sourced in time.

If a suitable candidate is able to start in the next few days the family will provide a bonus in order to have them travel with them domestically this coming Friday through Tuesday. Otherwise, candidates would be required to start on June 14th through mid-August.
