Overview

A family in Sarasota, FL is seeking a highly organized and adaptable personal assistant to manage various aspects of their daily lives, schedule, and household operations. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, kind, flexible, and professional individual who can seamlessly integrate into the family’s life, providing dependable and comprehensive support. The schedule will typically be Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:30pm. The family will prioritize local candidates, but could be open to relocation assistance for the right candidate that checks all the boxes. This is an on-site position, very little to no remote work included. 

Responsibilities

  • Traditional PA duties and overall assisting the family where needed
  • In-person, on site in Sarasota, FL
  • Errands such as handling mail and packages, prescriptions, grocery shopping, dry cleaning and other items that come up
  • Understanding and utilizing all different avenues of technology and can calmly provide assistance and support (Wi-Fi, printers, apple devices, TV etc.)
  • Manage and coordinate appointments
  • Checking in and supervising vendors when needed
  • Routine vehicle maintenance and ensuring vehicles are kept in top condition
  • Light pet care if needed
  • Managing and working with household staff
  • Organizing files and personal effects
  • Booking travel
  • Managing social schedules

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role in private homes
  • Comfortable working outdoors and around animals as the family lives on a hobby farm
  • Track record in working HNW principals
  • Experience with luxury travel and concierge services
  • Experience with private flights
  • Tech savvy
  • Resourceful and High IQ
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with all members of the family
  • Ability to manage time effectively, provide schedule flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and needs
  • Maintain high level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Stable, kind, and trustworthy
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Clean background check
  • Must be legal to work in the U.S.
 

Salary and Benefits

  • Salary is based on experience and ranges from $100k-$125k
