A loving family in Chelsea  is seeking an NCS who has solid sleep training experience and can help them from July for two or three months.  The schedule will be 12 hour shifts, 8pm to 8am.  This family will also be going back and forth from Manhattan to the Hamptons.

• Prioritizing the safety and well-being of the baby at all times
• Overall care of the baby
• Help ensure the baby is on a feeding routine
  
• Implementing an effective sleep routine that the family and future nannies can follow
  
• Supporting the family
• Provide professional guidance as it pertains to baby, while respecting the family’s personal preferences
• Assist with baby related tasks such as washing and sanitizing baby products, laundry, organizing, etc

• Friendly and personable, with the ability to read the room.
• Calm demeanor, who can fit into a laid-back and relaxed household
• Hands-on and resourceful but also knows when to give the family space

• At least 8 years of verifiable experience working as a newborn care specialist
• Experience working 12 hour shift

• Up to date on Flu/RSV/TDap and MMR vaccinations
• First Aid and CPR certified, or willing to certify before employment begins
• Available to commit for the entire placement
