Overview

A Long Island family is seeking a full-time nanny to care for their 7-month-old daughter. The schedule runs from 7am Saturday through 7am Tuesday, totaling 36 working hours, plus a flat overnight rate of $200–$250 per night. This is a live-in position while on duty. For the first six months, you’ll share a room and an ensuite bathroom with the baby. Once the family relocates to their permanent residence, you’ll have your own private room while working. The baby is mostly sleeping through the night, and you'll provide attentive, around-the-clock care during your shift. The family has a second child who is cared for by other nannies. They also have a small, older dog, but you will not be responsible for any pet care.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the child’s safety and well-being at all times.
