Busy professional first time parents are seeking a full-time Newborn Care Specialist to help after the birth of their first child. The baby will be born in Seattle around May 15th and arrive back in NYC a few days later. The contract will run for a minimum term of 12 weeks (3 months), with a possible extension if things feel like a good fit for everyone. This will be live- in and 20/7 shifts. 

• Prioritizing the safety and well-being of the baby at all times
• Providing practical tools, as well as general support and assistance, to create and maintain an effective sleep and feeding schedule that the parents can continue beyond 12 weeks
• Keeping the baby's spaces stocked, organized, and tidy. NCS and baby will have their own designated nursery and space.
• Travel (if ever needed)

• Pleasant demeanor and good sense of humor
• Collaborative, ability to go-with-the-flow while providing structure and consistency 
• Experience with surrogacy a major plus 
• Chinese/ English speaking major plus!

• Must have at least 5 years' verifiable experience working as a newborn care specialist/infant care nanny
• Must have experience working days and nights
• US passport, Green Card or EAC 
• COVID vaccinated, and up to date on Flu/RSV/Tdap and MMR vaccinations

• Role starts at $600 per day
