• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the home, assist another housekeeper who comes three days per week with deep cleaning 
• General tidying
• Laundry and ironing
• Organizing closets, pantry, and storage areas
• Miscellaneous errands including grocery shopping
• Light cooking/meal prep is a major plus but not requirement
• Light care for dog (refilling water, possibly taking to vet if needed, there will be a dog walker)
• In charge of all supply purchases/restocking as well as receiving deliveries/using DoorBird app to coordinate deliveries 
• Coordinate with vendors, repair people, and home management company 

• Works well independently and on a team, there is another housekeeper three days per week and nannies 
• Proactive, detail-oriented, organized, and efficient 
• They will be relying on the successful candidate to really take ownership of the role and to have their best interests at heart
• Driver's license and own car would be ideal 

• Great communication skills
• Tech savvy (texting, Doorbird, Amazon ordering)
• Comfortable working with a large friendly and well trained dog
• Comfortable with young children in the home (very minimal childcare would be needed, unless nanny is sick or there's an emergency)
• Legal to work in the US

$40+ per hour plus standard benefits (PTO, sick days, holidays), additional benefits to be negotiated
