A busy couple is seeking a properly trained butler for their Bel Air home.   The schedule is Monday through Friday, forty hours per week, with flexibility when in residence.  The couple travels throughout the year, so you must be ok to work independently in the home.  The position is seeking to hire immediately.

• Acting as a faithful right-hand valet to the principal
• Anticipating all needs
• Managing busy schedule logistics
• Maintaining all personal preferences
• A true butler who has a background in service with a modern-day approach (similar to a hotelier butler at a trendy luxury hotel) 
• Packing/unpacking of luggage upon arrival and departure
• Wardrobe maintenance and upkeep
• Household inventory and supply maintenance
• Preparation of cocktails, coffee and snacks, when needed
• Acting as a chauffeur/driver for airport pickup/drop offs and appointment/reservations as needed
• Pet care, as needed
• Walk through of properties
• Maintenance and vendor management
• Handling budgets/expenses with the business management team
• Vehicle maintenance
• Coordination of aviation logistics

• Prior experience organizing intimate events, dinner parties, working with vendors, chefs, menus and necessary equipment rentals.

• Knowledge of wines, bar-tending/mixology is a plus!

• Knowledge of high-end hotel service industry

• Experience working at a prior high-end luxury service hotel or private home
• Prior butler training or experience working as a high-end butler in an UHNW home
• Experience managing staff across multiple properties and delegating the principals needs
• An understanding of high-level furniture, fixtures, and lifestyle is needed
• Ability to maintain consistency across the homes with protocols and procedure
• Tech savvy
• Pet friendly
• Detail-oriented
• Discretion above all else
• Clean, valid driver's license
• Passport Ready (Not expiring within six months)
• Legal to work in the US and have a US Passport, Green Card, or EAC

The couple is open on salary, depending on experience and will offer a benefits package.
