A busy Manhattan-based couple are seeking a top-notch nanny to help care for their twin infant daughters. The schedule will be Friday mornings, 7am, until Sunday evenings, around 7/8pm- the hours may vary from time to time.  The family are ideally seeking a long-term commitment from candidates, to ensure consistency of care for their children. The position will be live-out when in the city and live-in when out at the family's Connecticut home. You must be local to Manhattan to be considered. 

• Full childcare for your shift, caring for the children’s health, well-being, and education, while also being playful and creating an engaging environment
• Maintaining the schedule and routine, planning active and engaging activities
• Planning age-appropriate and developmental activities, play-dates, and outings
• Coordinating schedules for naps and meals, activities, and travel
• Preparing snacks and meals including introducing solids when time
• Managing the tidiness and organization of child spaces and belongings 
• Child-related light housekeeping when needed
• Coordinating with the other nanny to create cohesive and consistent care

• Ability to navigate involved parents and grandparents, working solo and as part of a team
• Positive attitude
• Loving and calm
• Energetic enough to care for infant/toddler twins but also have a calm and centered demeanor
• An educational background in Child Development/ECE or other relevant field

• Must have experience with twins/multiples
  
• Must have live-in experience
• Must have experience sleep training or following guidelines
• Driver’s license and ability to swim are ideal but not required
  
• Team player with excellent communication
• Infant/child CPR and First-Aid certified, or willing to certify 
• Legal to work in the US
• Must be Trustline registered or willing to register

• Hourly rate is $40-$45+ with OT
