Overview

A young and busy family living in TriBeCa are searching for a second full-time nanny/housekeeper to join their team. The family has 3 children under 3 and another full-time care-giver. The schedule will be 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with flexibility (they will guarantee 40 hours per week). The position can be live-out while in Manhattan but there must be flexibility to stay late when needed and you must be able to live-in during the Summer and while traveling (you will be provided with your own private bedroom and bathroom). July and August will be spent at the family's Summer home, and the ability to travel 3-4 weeks out of the year would be a major plus.

Responsibilities

  • You will be expected to meal prep and do light housekeeping pertaining to the children
  • Partner with other care-givers and parents to navigate the days
  • Everything related to the children and their well-being
  • Child-related laundry and organizational projects
  • Researching and scheduling classes and activities
  • Preparing children's meals- the ideal nanny will enjoy cooking and must be willing and able to prepare healthy, delicious, and varied dishes
  • Child related shopping and errands
  • Preparation for travel as needed

Qualifications

  • They are looking for a nanny who has experience working with young children, someone who can focus on the development of the children and make sure they are meeting their milestones
  • The ideal nanny has an up-beat personality, is loving, proactive, a self-starter, and can work on a team
  • The ability to drive is a major plus

Salary and Benefits
