A family, living in the West Village is seeking a part-time housekeeper for their 4-bedroom apartment. The schedule can be flexible with either a 2 or 3 day week, and an average of 18 hours per week. The candidate must have experience in high-end homes- and have knowledge of fine fixtures and furnishings - and know how to clean an apartment so everything continually looks clean.

The candidate would be responsible for all household duties including, but not limited to.

• Vacuuming
• Mopping
• Parents laundry
• Ironing
• Changing bedding
• Deep cleaning of bathrooms
• Keeping the kitchen area tidy and clean
• Cleaning soft furnishings
• Regular cleaning of fridge, oven, microwave, etc
• Recycling

• 5+ years experience
• Flexible and able to go with the flow

• Fluent English speaking
• High attention to detail
• Punctual
• Trustworthy
• Must be a self starter

• $35/hr
• 3 sick days 
• 3 days PTO
