A dynamic and experienced human resources manager is sought to lead and oversee the HR function within a family office in NYC and Westchester County. This role will primarily focus on benefits, payroll and compliance, but will also partner closely with the principals to shape and refine the organizational structure and design for their household staff, addressing complex employment matters, talent management, and employee relations. Candidates will ensure there is alignment with the strategic goals of the family office, while fostering a positive, productive, and compliant work environment. The goal is to put in place best practices and procedures as it relates to domestic household employees.
This role requires that candidates work out of the corporate office in NYC 4 days per week, and out of the household location in Westchester County 1 day per week.
