A professional family in the Hampton's is looking for three (3) professional full-time housekeepers for their estate. This is a year-round role, with overtime expected from April through September, and a part-time schedule during the other part of the year. The estate consists of a 30,000 square foot main home inclusive of 8-bedrooms, 13-bathrooms, and a 3,500 square foot guest house. The family has grown children and one dog. The ideal candidates should be able to work as part of a team and work holidays from Memorial Day through (and including) Labor Day.
Cleaning and arranging guest rooms
Washing dirty bedding, clothing, and linens
Stocking and maintaining an inventory of housekeeping supplies
Dusting furniture or fixtures and polishing them
Scrubbing and sanitizing showers, bathtubs, toilets, counter tops, and sinks
Vacuuming and cleaning carpets, doormats, and rugs
Reporting breakages, damages, and safety issues for repairs
Physical strength to lift heavy objects or furniture
Light meal prep – washing / cutting fruits, vegetables, and other kitchen tasks
Aid in meal service and events
Maintaining residence for homeowner and guest readiness at all times.
Participate in off season tasks which may include deep cleaning, organizing and training
Highly meticulous and organized

Be used to working as part of a team ensuring a large property is maintained to 5-star hotel standards
Willingness to work long hours when family is in residence
Willingness to maintain confidentiality and discretion
Ability to communicate in English
Physical fitness to lift heavy objects and work while standing
Ability to adhere to strict hygiene and cleanliness standards set by management
Ability to operate cleaning equipment and stand for long hours
Willingness to step in where needed and have a ‘can do’ attitude
US citizen or legally able to work in the USA
$100,000 annually, inclusive of a year-end bonus and benefits:
2 weeks of employee’s choice (must be used October – March)
2 weeks around Christmas and New Year’s (exact dates very by year) when family travels/
homes are closed.
