A family on the Upper East Side, NYC, is hiring three housekeepers to create a team for their seven-floor townhouse.  All three roles are live-out, working 40 hours a week.  If required, live-in could be arranged but there is no relocation for this role.  Candidates should already be local to the NYC area.  There are some weeks when the children will be in residence and others when they are not.  There are three different schedules.  Each housekeeper will have one consistent schedule:

• Schedule 1:  Wednesday through Sunday from 7am-3pm
• Schedule 2:  Tuesday through Saturday (Tues 8am-4pm, Wed - Sat 1pm-9pm.  (*Note when children are NOT in residence, Wed/Thurs 1pm-9pm and Fri/Sat 11am-7pm*)
• Schedule 3:  Wednesday through Friday from 1pm-9pm, Sat from 11am-7pm and Sunday from 8am-4pm (*Note when children are NOT in residence the schedule changes a bit.  You would work Monday 8am-4pm, Wed-Fri 1pm-9pm and be "on call" Sunday from 11am-7pm*)

• Able to walk up and down steps
• Comfortable working with a small dog.
• At times, there may be up to four teenagers at the residence (Ages 10-16 years old).  The weeks will change when they are in residence or not.
• Excellent serving, cleaning, deep cleaning and organization skills
• Willing and able to cook
• Great laundry and ironing skills
• Very good written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable navigating tech/smart home
• Polished and professional personality
• Works well independently and on a team
• Flexibility with schedule/days of work
• Prior experience as a housekeeper in NYC or the Hamptons in a UHNW home. Townhouse experience is a plus!

The following requirements are must haves:

The family is offering a competitive hourly rate and the following benefits:
