Lovely first-time parents in Los Angeles, CA are seeking two experienced ROTA NCS's for their first baby, due date is July 20th, 2025. The schedule will be 7 days on/off, live-in, 20/7, for 12 weeks. The NCS's should be available from July 20th, 2025, through October 12th, 2025, with some flexibility for an earlier start if the baby arrives early. They are open to one single candidate, or rotational, and overall they are looking for the best of the best! Most of the time will be spent at their residence in Los Angeles, but the candidate must be open to some travel initially.

• Prioritizing the safety and well-being of the baby at all times
• Overall care of the baby
• Help ensure the baby is on a feeding routine
  
• Implementing an effective sleep routine that the family and future nannies can follow
  
• Supporting the family
• Provide professional guidance as it pertains to baby, while respecting the family’s personal preferences
• Assist with baby related tasks such as washing and sanitizing baby products, laundry, organizing, etc

• Friendly, personable, with the ability to read the room.
• Calm demeanor, who can fit into a laid-back and relaxed household
• Hands on and resourceful but also knows when to give the family space

• At least 8 years of verifiable experience working as a newborn care specialist
• Experience working 20/7 shifts
  
• Experience living-in
• Comfortable with dogs - the family has one dog
• US passport, Green Card or EAC 
• Up to date on Flu/RSV/TDap and MMR vaccinations
• Trustline Certified, or willing to certify before employment begins
• First Aid and CPR certified, or willing to certify before employment begins
• Available to commit for the entire placement
