A lovely long-term BAHS family in Concord, MA is seeking a fantastic ROTA nanny to assist with care of their two children, ages 2 and 5. Two other children, ages 13 and 15, have dedicated care, but could occasionally require light attention if the parents are out of the house. The ideal schedule for this role will be one week on/one week off, with 9-11 hour average days, sometimes longer, during the "on" shift. Candidates must be fully available and comfortable with extended travel both domestic and international- shift lengths may vary to accommodate this. The family is very open to local candidates, or candidates within driving distance, and can provide separate housing during their shift. Candidates must be able to travel home during their "off" time. 

• All aspects of childcare, sleep, meal, and hygiene routines
• Handling child-related dishes and laundry, and maintaining organization of the children's spaces
• Working closely with other household staff and parents
• Keeping on top of children's supplies, and making necessary purchases
• Creating an engaging environment and providing developmentally appropriate enrichment daily
• Researching classes, and planning outings, activities, and playdates
• Packing and preparing for travel
• Traveling with the family as needed- travel is a big part of this job, and candidates should enjoy traveling! 
• Communicating with the alternating nanny to ensure continuity of care and that all necessary information is shared

• Spanish-speaking would be highly desired, but is NOT required

• Local to Boston, or willing to travel back and forth for their shift

• Experience working with multiple children, including toddlers and school-aged children
• Strong swimmer
• Fully willing to travel as needed 

• Salary of $110k for 26 weeks of work
