A principal seeks a proactive live-in domestic couple for a large property in Miami, Florida. This is a live-in position with a separate apartment on the property. The candidates will work directly with the principal. You must have a strong command of the English language and the ability to speak Spanish is a huge plus. You must be able to take direction as well as be proactive. They are looking for a couple who have high-end housekeeping experience to keep the homes clean and tidy.  This is not a 9-5pm job, but more on-demand while the principal is in town and more flexible when he is away traveling.

• High-end housekeeping experience to keep the homes clean and tidy
• Maintain the exterior of the home, property, cars, fix anything that needs repair and/or deal with the appropriate vendors, and follow maintenance protocols for monthly/seasonal/annual checklists of the home, grounds, and structures
• One of the candidates must be a chef or be very comfortable cooking meals
• This principal likes to entertain and have dinner parties last minute so you must be able to be flexible to go get groceries and cook
• Some travel is required to his East Hampton and Washington, DC homes

• The ability to speak Spanish is a huge plus

• Ability to travel to other homes
