Busy parents in Los Angeles, CA, are seeking a superlative newborn care specialist for their second child, due February 24th 2025. The role will start in early March and the contract term will be 8-12 weeks, per the candidate’s preference. The schedule will be 12-hour nights only, Monday through Friday, with some mutually agreed upon weekends. There is also a 2.5-year-old, but they will not be the NCS’s responsibility (they have a full-time nanny placed by BAHS 2 years ago).

• Prioritizing the safety and well-being of the baby at all times
• Implementing an effective sleep routine that the parents can follow once the term ends
• Providing practical tools, as well as general support and assistance, where possible (given the nighttime schedule)

• Must have at least 5-8 years' verifiable experience working as a newborn care specialist
• Must have experience working nights

• US passport, Green Card or EAC 
• COVID vaccinated, and up to date on Flu/ RSV/ Tdap and MMR vaccinations
• Trustline registered (or willing to register ASAP) 
• Available to start as early as the end of February 2025
