Overview

A lovely family located in Charlotte, NC is seeking two fantastic ROTA nannies to care for their new baby, who was born in November. The family also has two older girls, aged 8 and 10, who live with them every other week. The ideal candidate will have educational experience, and will be willing to assist with some light tutoring, particularly in economics. The schedule for this role will be 24/7, 26 week per year. The nannies must be flexible for changes to the rotation length- the goal is to eventually have a longer rotation of 2 weeks, but initially the rotation length may need to be shorter, as the baby will likely not be sleeping fully through the night and the family wants to allow for enough rest. There may be longer rotations during travel periods. The start date for this position will be at the beginning of February- the family has a Newborn Care Specialist until that time.

The family will provide full-time housing. During the "on" shift, the nanny will be housed in a bedroom in the main house, or in a studio bedroom above the garage. During the "off" shift the nanny will be housed in a separate home next door, which includes a pool. The family is also open to a candidate who lives locally, or wants to transport themselves back and forth for their shifts- the family will not pay for the nanny's commute costs.
