A family in Coral Gables, Florida is seeking a live-out career nanny to help them care for a 2-year-old boy. The schedule is typically Monday through Friday, 11am-7pm. The family is looking for someone who's number one priority is their son and who is proactive, responsible, loving, nurturing, calm, trustworthy, patient, punctual, reliable, communicative, and energetic. The family takes a gentle parenting approach– they do not physically discipline him nor raise their voices with him.  Their chosen nanny must take the time to calmly talk through any issues/situation that arise. This person should also be okay with a golden retriever in the home.

Primary responsibilities include but not limited too;

• Taking care of their child and keeping him safe
• Playing with him
• Changing diapers and helping with potty training 
• Taking him to parks and playgrounds
• Taking him to activities and music classes
• Keeping him on a schedule with naps
• Help plan and prepare healthy meals
• Tidying up at the end of the day
• Help teach appropriate social behaviors
• Laundry for the household

• The ability to speak Spanish

• Up to date COVID vaccine, MMR, and flu shots
• Must be okay with a dog
• 7 years experience 

• $35/hr
