First-time parents in Chicago, IL, are seeking a seasoned newborn care specialist for their twins, due March 22, 2025. The contract term will be 12 weeks, and the schedule will be 24/7, with a 4-hour break each day (likely more as time goes on but the client will guarantee the candidate 20 hours per day, regardless). There are other children in the home, but these are of course not the responsibility of the NCS.

• Prioritizing the safety and well-being of the babies at all times
• Implementing an effective sleep routine that the parents can follow once the term ends
• Providing gentle profesisonal guidance, while being receptive to the parents’ preferences
• Providing general support and assistance, where possible

• Must have at least 8 years' verifiable experience working as a newborn care specialist
• Must have experience working with twins
• Candidates should be warm, calm, empathetic, very clean and orderly
• Candidates should know when to step up and when to step back and give the family time and space to bond
• Lactation experience is a huge plus

• US passport, Green Card or EAC 
• COVID vaccinated and up to date on Flu/ RSV/ Tdap and MMR vaccinations
• Passport ready and willing to travel (Texas in April, as well as a few international trips)
• Must be CPR certified
• This is a Kosher home, so candidates must be comfortable with this (they will have their own fridge and separate area to prepare food)
