A lovely family in Greenwich, CT is seeking a French-speaking nanny for their two daughters, aged 5.5 and newborn. The schedule can be flexible for the right candidate, as the family is open to providing 30-50 hours throughout the week. They would ideally like some weekend hours, and they are happy to discuss this and come up with a schedule that works for everyone. This position can be live-in or live-out, and live-in accommodations will be a private bedroom and bathroom within the home. 

• All aspects of childcare, including infant care
• Managing nap and feeding schedules
• Fostering independent play, both indoors and outdoors
• Speaking French with the children regularly
• Child-related laundry and meal preparation
• Gently cultivating proper speech and manners
• Some assistance with the family dogs- filling food bowls, and letting them outside as needed

• Warm and nurturing
• Knowledgeable about childhood development
• Patient and conscientious 
• Experience with newborns and toddlers, preferably simultaneously
• Experience and interest in Montessori-style childcare and education would be highly preferred

• Strong swimming ability
• Comfort working around small dogs
• US work authorization
• Native French speaker
• Willingness to work some weekend hours
• The ability to drive is not required but would be HIGHLY desired
