A family living in the Dubai Marina area is seeking a live-out housekeeper; accommodation is not provided. The schedule is to be confirmed, but it will be 6 days per week, with 8-hour days.
 
The family is currently living in an open-plan-style apartment but may move to a villa in the near future. The housekeeper will be expected to support the Head Housekeeper and cook. Duties will include all hands-on housekeeping to a very high standard and you will be expected to follow the Head Housekeeper & Cook in daily tasks and ensure housekeeping processes are followed with consistently high results. The role can also entail daily family cooking to prepare nutritious and delicious family-style meals that are balanced, healthy, and varied if the candidate is confident and has experience in the kitchen.

• Housekeeping including but not limited to mopping, sweeping, dusting, ironing, and handling the laundry
• Outdoor housekeeping including maintaining the terraces and cleaning outdoor furniture, watering the plants
• Maintaining equipment (such as coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher, vacuum, kettle) and report any damages promptly to the Head Housekeeper & Cook and Family Manager
• Packing/unpacking luggage and assisting in preparation for travel
• Ensure stock levels are kept up to date
• Run errands as and when required
• Interact with other household staff and ensure procedures are followed 
• Adhere to health, safety, and security rules and protocols
• Occasional assistance with pet care
• For the right candidate, cooking healthy and balanced meals for the family as needed, and always according to the family’s needs and requirements

• The candidate should be able to create and maintain a safe, calm, joyful, and happy environment for the family and children
• A strict no-stress policy within the household, ensuring that all interactions and duties are carried out with the utmost respect for the family’s peace and well-being
• Value personal space and privacy for the family.

• The candidate must already be based in Dubai and looking for longevity within the UAE. The family are NOT looking to relocate
• Required to travel with the family as needed throughout the year and up to 2 to 3 months during summertime.
