A wonderful family in San Francisco, CA is seeking a full-time, live-out housekeeper to help maintain their home. The general schedule will be from 8 am-4 pm Monday through Friday, for 40 hours guaranteed per week. The family has two elementary-aged children, and a dog, so must be comfortable around kids and pets.

• Overall housekeeping, cleaning, and tidying 
• Laundry- treating delicate clothing and handling ironing as needed.
• Helping to keep various items stocked and organized
• Cooking dinners for the kids in the evening, nothing fancy, simple meals
• Noticing and notifying the family of any needed repairs around the home
• Cooking and simple meal prep are a plus, but not a requirement
• Occasionally take the family's small dog on walks

• Is a team-player
• Good communicator
• Self-starter and proactive
• Detail-oriented and organized

• Warm and easy to be around

• Friendly and able to converse with family, but also know when to step back
• Responsible and honest
• Positive attitude
• Takes direction easily, but can also take initiative and anticipate the family’s needs    
• Flexible
• A valid driver's license is a plus, but not a requirement

• At least 5 years experience as a Housekeeper
• Must be ok around kids and pets

• $30-$40+ and depends on experience
