Overview

A lovely family in San Francisco, California is seeking a ROTA nanny to join their team to care for their 6-year-old twin boys. One of the boys is on the spectrum, so candidates must have at least some experience with this. The general daily schedule for the nanny will be ‘wake up through bedtime,’ on a one-week on/off schedule, 7 days per week. The nannies must overlap briefly on their switch day, but the family is open on when the nannies choose their switch day to be. The boys sleep through the night, but flexibility will be needed for night-time coverage and occasional longer-term travel, so a 24/7 mindset is required during the shift. The position is live-in while on duty, and live-out when off duty. The ideal candidate will be local or within a one-hour flight distance from San Francisco.
