A music industry VIP who likes to entertain is seeking a top-notch, experienced, full-time, long-term housekeeper for their exquisite 13,000 sq ft estate located in Pacific Palisades, CA. The general schedule will be Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm with flexibility to stay late on occasion for special events. The family is flexible with the start time to help ease the pain of morning traffic. The average work week will be 40 hours.

All aspects of general cleaning including but not limited to:

• Cleaning and sanitizing all areas of the home including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas and common areas and guest house
• Dusting and polishing of furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
• Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors
• Changing bed linens and making beds
• Laundry including washing, drying, folding, steaming, ironing of clothes and linens
• Organizing and tidying up
• Cleaning and disinfecting kitchen appliances, counter-tops, and dishes
• Emptying trash and recycling bins
• Cleaning of all outside furniture and terraces
• Sweeping entry walkways and patios and vacuuming of patio rugs
• Restocking household supplies including toiletries and amenities for bedrooms
• Estate to be kept in guest ready condition
• Greeting of guests and beverage service
• Occasional errands for household and family
• Deep cleaning when family is traveling
• Communicating with Estate Manager to understand preferences and specific cleaning requirements
• Report maintenance and repair issues to Estate Manager
• Occasional pet care

• 5+ years in a similar role in a large estate
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Must love large dogs!
• Ability to read a room and know when to step in and step away
• Mindful of family’s schedule and routines
• Strong command of the English language
• Ability to prioritize
• Keen eye for detail and passion for making things sparkle
• Closet organization and knowledge of couture clothing care
• Knowledge of how to care for antiques and familiarity with fine art
• Loyal, thoughtful, approachable and takes pride in their work
• Ability to take direction well and work intuitively

• Must be legal to work in the US
• Reliable, trustworthy, hardworking, discreet, and loyal with a good sense of humor
• Dependable transportation
• Experience with high profile individuals
• Fine dining experience, ability to set a table, and experience as a yacht stewardess are not requirements but would be a huge plus
