A busy family of five in Harlem is seeking an afternoon nanny/family assistant to help with their three children, ages 12, 12, and 14. The must-have hours for this role are Monday through Friday, 3-8pm. The family would also be happy to have the same person assist in the morning from 7-9am, but the afternoon/evening hours are the priority.

• Escort children to and from extracurricular activities
• If working in the morning, get the children up and ready for school, help prepare breakfast, makes sure they get out the door on time, and tidy up the house for the day
• Assist with light meal preparation
• Help children with homework
• Family laundry 
• Errands 
• Supervise meal and evening routines
• Assist children in packing school bags for the next day
• Be aware of school calendar and upcoming events and scheduling 

• "Cool big sister" energy, as the children are older and have less need of a nanny
• Proactive and willing to step in and help as needed 

• Reliable and able to work afternoons 
• City savvy, able to navigate to various activities with ease
• Experience with older school-aged children 

• $30-35/hr. DOE
