A private and busy Florida based family is seeking a rotational nanny for their young children. When on duty, the schedule will be live-in 24/7, and the 2 weeks off will be live-out so the nanny must have their own local housing. The family will travel domestically and internationally throughout the year and will fly the nanny back to home base on their off time.
Job duties will include care and engagement of their children in developmentally-appropriate activities and outings. Additional duties will include;
All Kids Laundry & kids associated chores around the house
Food preparation & preferably someone who can cook meals.
School Drop off and pick up / Drive kids to and from activities
Keeping the children's belongings and spaces clean and tidy at all times
Fully engaged and active with the kids on a daily basis - Parks, museums, zoo, arts & crafts, walks.
Working well on a team with involved parents and additional caregivers
Experience working a ROTA position in the past
Must be energetic, proactive, and committed to being fully engaged with their kids at all times.
Ability to adapt to all environments and has a get it done attitude.
A passion for teaching and prompting independence is key for this role.
Full time caregiver when parents travel.
Must feel comfortable and excited to work collaboratively on a team with other household staff.
Flexibility and willingness to travel whenever needed.
The family is looking for a highly organized, clean and neat individual.
Must be a strong communicator and have a take-charge personality.
Desire to make a long-term commitment to a loving and down to earth family.
A valid driver's license, a valid passport, confident swimming skills, ability to make meals, and a COVID vaccination are must-haves.
