A family of five in Atherton, CA are seeking a live-out, French-speaking ROTA nanny to join their nanny team. The children are aged 6, 9 and 12, and the schedule will be 1 week on/1 week off, with a guarantee of 60 hours on the nanny’s “on” weeks. There will be lots of domestic and international travel, so candidates should be willing to accompany the family on these trips. This role is only open to local candidates at this time.

• There is a chef who prepares 90% of meals, but candidates should be comfortable pitching-in when required e.g. chopping fruit or vegetables, serving the children, assembling the children’s lunch boxes (the Chef will provide all of the content) etc. 
• There is also a laundress who manages all of the family’s laundry, but the nanny should be prepared to drop off dirty laundry and pick up the clean laundry, and put this away in their closets.
• Miscellaneous; setting the children dressed and bathed (the 9 and 12 year old are already very independent so need less guidance), bathing the children (again - the 9 and the 12 year old will need less and less supervision with this), packing for vacations, supervising the children in the pool, organizing fun activities when school is out, purchasing birthday presents for the children, getting them wrapped, managing play dates, gift purchasing for birthday parties, ensuring they haven’t outgrown their clothes/school uniforms and replenishing items of clothing that they have outgrown, driving the children to and from school and activities etc. 

• Must have at least 5-10 years' verifiable experience working in a similar role, with superlative references 
• Must have a bachelors degree, at minimum
• Candidates should be professional, reliable, vibrant, fun, as well as love the outdoors, and generally thrive being on the go/playing sports/going to the beach etc. with 3 active children. 
• French language skills are a huge plus 

• US passport, Green Card or EAC 
• Able to commute to Atherton (this role is not open to non-local/out-of-state candidates at this time)
• Have a current driving license and clean driving record and be comfortable driving the children to school/ activities (a car will be provided for use on duty).
• Passport ready and willing to travel both domestically and internationally 
• Trustline registered (or willing to register ASAP) 
• Available to start ASAP

• $50 per hour, 60 hours guaranteed 26 x weeks of the year ($3,500 per week)
