New parents in San Francisco are seeking a full-time, live-out career nanny for their infant, starting in early October, when their son will be approximately 3-months-old (he will have a newborn care specialist until then). The schedule will be 7am-5:30/6pm, Monday through Friday. 

• Both parents have demanding jobs and travel approximately 1-2 times per month, so candidates will be required to provide overnight care on these occasions
• The family employ a housekeeper, who comes 1x per week on Mondays - she manages all of the traditional housekeeping (deep cleaning, laundry, sheets, towels, etc.) but candidates would be willing to keep the infants play areas sanitized and tidy
• Be comfortable cooking for the broader family, when required - meal prep is more important than cooking the actual meal (e.g. cutting vegetables)
• Childcare always comes first - before tidying up, food prep or other
• Running miscellaneous errands and occasionally grocery shopping - mom will generally do this on Sundays

• Have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Superlative and verifiable references are a must 

• Be fun, joyful, not too serious, with a sense of humor (this is a fun and relaxed home)
• Be willing to teach the child manners, and the importance of being kind and polite (candidates mustn’t be afraid to discipline the child - e.g. make him pick up his toys, do chores when he is old enough etc.)
• Don’t be afraid to bring new ideas or communicate directly with the parents about any issues or challenges  
• Candidates must ideally want to be a part of a family unit - this is a kind family who want the nanny to become a part of their life in a long-term capacity 
• US passport, Green Card or EAC 
• Clean driving record and current driving license 
• Able to commute to the Sea Cliff neighborhood 
• COVID/Flu/RDSV/TDap vaccinated
• The family have a 10lb Doodle mix, but there is a dog walker and he will not be the nanny’s responsibility, but he will be in the home, so candidates must be comfortable around dogs 
• Passport ready and willing to travel, if required (perhaps 2 x per year)
• Trustline registered (or willing to register ASAP) 
• Available to start ASAP

• $35-$40/hr
• Healthcare stipend of $300-$500/month 
• All other industry standard benefits - guaranteed hours/ PTO/ sick and 7 major federal holidays
