Overview

A loving single mother is searching for a long-term career nanny/family assistant for her delightful 18-month-old daughter. 

The ideal schedule would be Tuesday - Thursday 8am - 2:30pm and Friday-Saturday 8am-8pm, but she can be flexible for the right candidate. For example, another option could be Friday-Sunday 8am-8pm and Tuesday/Thursday 8am-2:30pm.

Responsibilities

Seeking someone wonderful with children AND who can manage the household's needs. Responsibilities would include:

  • A-Z childcare
  • Keep the home tidy- There is a housekeeper who will handle deep cleaning, but the goal is for the nanny to help keep their home generally tidy and organized
  • Cooking and laundry are necessities- preparing healthy snacks and meals for the family.
  • Light housekeeping and laundry for the family, kitchen maintenance.
  • Light pet care
  • Household tasks and errands (organizing groceries, unboxing packages, taking inventory of supplies, etc.). 

Qualifications

  • Looking for a seasoned, professional candidate who is savvy in high-profile environments.  
  • Warmth and overall kindness/positivity in disposition are a must
  • This is a gentle and artistic household, that enjoys a balance of structure and professionalism along with someone who can help create a loving, warm, creative, and fun atmosphere in the home. 
  • The ability to speak a second language would be a plus!

Requirements

  • Availability for international and domestic travel 
  • Work well with other staff - there is a part-time nanny and a housekeeper.
  • Must be able to live-in when visiting the second home in Florida (2-3x per year)
  • This is a long-term position that will ideally evolve into the high school years.  You must be willing to make a long-term commitment. 

Salary and Benefits

  • DOE $35-45/hour and benefits
