A busy, warm family living on the Upper East Side seeks a brilliant live-out nanny who is happy to cook the evening meal and do some general housekeeping during the day  The usual schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 11am-7pm, except for one day per week when the schedule is likely to be 7am-4pm.  

• The main focus will be childcare related - doing school picks ups, taking the child to any after-school activities, and being responsible for the evening routine (bathed, fed and ready for bed!) 
• Preparing the evening meal for the family (parents and 4yr old). They love simple, healthy meals. 
• Cleaning of the three bedroom 2,000 sq ft apartment - to include mopping, dusting, vacuuming and polishing.
• Laundry and ironing.
• General tidying and organisation.
• Menu planning and keeping an eye on provisions

• Previous experience in childcare and a love for supporting children's growth and development
• Prior housekeeping experience in a private residence
• A love for cooking and confidence in preparing simple, fresh and healthy meals
• Plenty of initiative and proactive
• A Spanish speaker would be a bonus
• Warm and friendly personality with a can-do attitude and an eye for detail
