Overview

A single professional in Midtown Manhattan seeks a part-time executive/personal assistant to start in September. This is a new role and the schedule will be a guaranteed 12 hours per week, consisting of 4 hours per day, ideally falling on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, though the client can be flexible if candidates prefer to commit to different days. Candidates will be able to work in both a remote and in-person capacity.

Responsibilities

  • Miscellaneous administration- proofreading, unpacking deliveries, running errands, general organizing
  • Booking appointments and travel
  • Caring for a mini labradoodle (who has a dog walker but they are sometimes out of town)
  • Miscellaneous other tasks as required

Qualifications

  • Ideally candidates will have least 5 years’ experience working in a similar role in a private home

Requirements

  • Candidates should be trustworthy, organized, proactive, and excellent communicators
  • US passport, Green Card or EAC  
  • Availability to start in September

Salary and Benefits

  • $55-$75/hr
  • Candidates will be provided with a laptop and phone for professional use
