A private family based near Lake Geneva, WI is seeking a full-time live-out Estate Manager to oversee the property, staff, logistics when in and out of residence, and maintain it to an everyday standard.  The schedule will be Monday through Friday, however, with previous experience in a similar role, you will understand that flexibility is key and hours and days may vary.  The estate is in a remote area so the candidate must be comfortable living a very simple, rural lifestyle.  This position will report to the Director of Residences.  

Responsibilities will be to oversee the entire estate of 60+ acres of private land with 11 dwellings that the family will use while in residence.  Managing the staffs and proactively attending to the principal's.  Maintaining a high set of standards, protocols and logistics of the residence.   When the family is in residence, making sure all of their needs are proactively met.  

• 5-10 years experience in a similar role with relevant qualifications

The family is open on salary and will provide a benefits package.  They are open to relocating the right person.
