A private family based near Lake Geneva, WI is seeking a full-time Facilities Manager to oversee the operational systems across a large private estate. The schedule will be Monday through Friday, however, with previous experience in a similar role, you will understand that flexibility is key and hours and days may vary.  The estate is in a remote area so the candidate must be comfortable living a very simple, rural lifestyle.

Duties will include planning, developing and overseeing maintenance programs and schedules across the property and multiple dwellings.  You will be expected to oversee (or perform) repairs or installation of fixtures, appliances and equipment and so must be knowledgeable in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, waste management and emergency systems, and water features amongst many other things.    The family owns a speedboat and you must be comfortable driving the boat, if the family asks.  Training will be provided.
