A thoughtful and caring family living on the Upper West Side is seeking a nanny to help care for their 4-year-old son and 7-month-old daughter. This position is live-out with the schedule being Monday through Friday, approximately 8am-7pm most days, with an earlier finish or later start on either Thursday or Friday.

Both parents work full-time so the nanny should be able to juggle the children's daily schedules with ease, whilst keeping the parents up to date sharing photos and messages.

The ideal candidate is mature, has a sensible head on their shoulders, is professional, responsible, reliable, a good communicator, can use their initiative, and can make good judgements. Most importantly they should be well mannered and be a positive role model to their children.

• All childcare duties
• Preparing the children's meals
• Preparing homemade purees for the baby (the parents also do some meal prep at the weekend)
• Preparing their sons lunchbox, a day ahead of his school day
• School pick-up
• Taking their son to his after-school activities
• To research activities and classes in the area for their daughter

• There may be a possibility of travel with the family, it would be a plus if the candidate was willing to accompany them during this period
• To have had longevity working with previous families, (a minimum of 2-years with each family)

• The candidate MUST have relatively recent experience working with two children of this/similar age group in the same family
• The family would like the candidate to stay with the family for a minimum of 2 years
• Partner with the parents and work with the children to meet milestones on or ahead of time (cognitive, social, emotional, physical)

• 50 hours per week guaranteed but with flexibility to flex up or down
• $33-$37/hr based on experiences and will pay on the books
• 2 weeks’ vacation and most federal public holidays
• 5 sick days
• End of year discretionary bonus
