A professional, kind, energetic and fun family in Fenton, MI, are seeking a top-notch live-in or live-out career nanny to care for their 4 children, aged 6, 4.5, 3 years and 1-year-old. The schedule will be 12 noon-8:30pm Monday through Friday, and the nanny will work as a team alongside the family’s other experienced career nanny. 

• The nanny will be expected to take care of all child-related duties, including meals, laundry, rotation of toys etc.
• Candidates must have a general sense of keeping things clean and tidy, but his is a fully staffed household so cleaning the home is not required.

• A background or education in ECE, Child Development, or any other relevant field, including a solid understanding of developmental milestones, boundaries, social skills and specific experience with this age group is highly desirable.
• Mom does not work, however she remains busy with her own weekly schedule. While she does like to take the children to an activity every now and then, the candidate should be competent and comfortable working in both an autonomous capacity, as well as tag team with mom, when required.
• Candidates will occasionally travel with the family on long weekends or family vacations for 10 or more days. (e.g. they have a property in CA that they travel to frequently and travel by private charter to various other international destinations), so you must be passport ready. Sometimes they may travel with only one nanny, and sometimes two.

• US passport, Green Card or EAC.
• Passport ready and willing to travel both domestically and internationally.
