A lovely and busy private family is seeking a full-time chauffeur with security experience to join their team full-time. This position is based in NYC and requires no travel, but the family spends only about 40%-50% of their time in the NY area. During those times, the schedule will vary depending on their needs when they are in the city. While flexibility is required when they're in town, no working hours will be needed the 50-60% of the year when they're outside NY. The family has two parents, two young children, and a few childcare providers who will all utilize the driver's availability. Both parents are in the public eye, so they will prioritize a candidate with strong security or police experience. You must have a license to carry in New York State to be considered for the role. 

Previous experience with a high-profile client is a huge plus. The ideal candidate is very polished and professional, discrete, proactive, and easygoing. The family and team are thoughtful and fair, so you must have a positive attitude to succeed in the role. A clean driving record and impeccable references are required. The salary range being offered is between $100,000 and $150,000 per year (with the higher end of the range reserved for candidates who meet all ideal criteria).
