A professional couple in San Francisco is seeking an exceptional, extremely detail-oriented, part-time housekeeper to start immediately. The schedule will typically be 2pm-6pm Monday through Friday, and the role will require the care of two residences in the same luxury building (5 floors from each other) to be serviced in different frequencies.

The main residence (a 2-bed/2.5-bath high-end penthouse apartment) will require daily servicing. There is also a guest apartment (a 2-bed/3-bath high-finish residence), which needs to be serviced weekly, or as needed based on the frequency and needs of house guests. Each residence is approximately 2,000 sq. feet of space and comprised of many delicate items that require special and sophisticated care. As such, the principals are seeking a team member who can work with the residence manager to attend to all items in the residences with care and precision: silver, glassware, furniture, and art. This position will work fairly autonomously and will be mostly self-directed, so having a good amount of initiative is critical. 

The candidate should provide the equivalent of a 5-star hotel service- daily cleaning/maintenance, deep cleaning in stages during the week, as well as turnover of all bedding and other linens daily. Previous experience with polishing delicate, crystal glassware is essential. The vast majority of luxury clothing and linens are sent out for cleaning/ironing but will also sometimes need attention. The laundering of towels and basic clothing, as well as some wardrobe maintenance, is necessary as a primary responsibility. There will also be a small amount of pet care for the principal's 2 cats, to include litter box maintenance or the occasional weekend visit for feeding.

Candidates must be mature, polished, professional, and presentable, with consistent, long-term experience in a similar role. This is a formal household and candidates must uphold a formal demeanor at all times- a uniform will be provided.
