Overview

A lovely family living in Austin, Texas is looking for a live-out nanny to care for their 1 yr. old twins and baby, due June 2024. The baby would have a NSC initially for a couple of months, and then the nanny would take over caring for all three children. The schedule would be working Monday through Friday, with the hours to be determined, but approximately 9am-7pm, (40-50 hours per week).

The ideal candidate should have experience working with twins, or at least caring for children that are very close in age. They should also have a minimum of 7 years’ experience working solidly as a nanny. The family are looking for someone who is loving, caring, and dedicated to their role.

The nanny should be able to guide and help the children to reach their developmental milestones, introduce the children to new activities, and encourage them to develop their social skills. They will only be responsible for nursery duties, as the family have a housekeeper.

Mom works full-time from home, and dad's work enables him to be around the home a lot too. The parents are very hands on and will have interaction with the children throughout the day, so candidates should be comfortable with that dynamic. The family likes to travel 3-4 times per year, one of which being an international vacation, and would love for their nanny to join them. For the domestic travel, the family are usually away for up to a week at a time, and longer for the international travel. The family is offering a rate of $35-$40/hr.

The ideal candidate should be calm, diligent, patient, and enthusiastic. If you feel this is the ideal role for you and have a US Passport, Green Card, or EAC, please apply to EH013.
