A wonderful family is seeking 2 rotational caregivers for their elderly father living in Indian Wells, CA. The schedule will be 24/7 for either 1 week on/off or 2 weeks on/off.  Job responsibilities include assisting the gentleman with anything he may need, helping him with bathing and getting dressed daily, keeping the home stoked/organized, helping his wife when needed, light housekeeping, and keeping him company. The couple have housekeepers that come each week, but just assisting with keeping the home clean throughout the week would be preferred.  The ideal candidate for this role will have patience, be understanding, tolerant, and strong.  

This is something new for both principals and they are looking for candidates who have experience in similar roles and want a long-term position.  The family also has a small dog so the candidate to hire must be comfortable around dogs.  The family is offering live-in accommodations while working and will provide a private bedroom and bathroom in the home.
