A family based on the Upper East Side is seeking two career nannies for their 18-month-old. The rotational schedule will encompass 7 days on and 7 days off, working from 7am-7pm. Their son currently has nursing care from 7pm through 7am (he was born premature), but this care will wind down in the Spring/Summer, and from this point onward there is a chance that candidates may then be required to stay over when they are on-duty, and continue to live-out when they are off duty. 

Responsibilities will entirely pertain to the toddler’s care and well-being, as well as his social, emotional, and educational development. No cooking or laundry is required as there is a full-time chef and housekeeper staffed. Their son is currently primarily fed via a G-Tube, so candidates must be comfortable with this. Candidates must also be professional, poised, and socially intuitive, with a passion for working with children, and a robust understanding of developmental milestones. An educational background in Child Development or other relevant field is preferred. The family travel both domestically and internationally throughout the year, and the nannies will take turns accompanying them, as well as provide cover on federal holidays, when required. 

Only those candidates who are fully COVID vaccinated with an up to date flu/TDap shot will be considered for this role. The ability to drive is a huge plus.
