A local family assistant is needed in the lower Hillsborough/Burlingame area for a family of four. The home is currently staffed with a nanny and housekeeper. The nanny does not drive, so the family assistant must assist with one child's drop-off/pick-up. Outside of that, most of the responsibilities will be related to errands, organizing areas of the home, research projects such as getting ideas/quotes to redo a bedroom, helping with travel logistics, etc. You must be resourceful, have common sense, and be low-key to be around. The family is open to 30hrs week, part-time or 40 hours a week, full-time.  The candidate must be local and able to do a reasonably short commute.  They are not open to anyone relocating.

The typical schedule would be Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8am-12pm.  Tuesday and Thursday would be 8am - 5pm with additional hours if full-time.  The schedule will likely switch mid-year to Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 8am -5pm and Tuesday and Thursday would be 8am to 2pm/3pm.  Flexibility is key and appreciated.  It will be a plus if the candidate is open to occasional travel.  You must be legal to work in the US and have a US Passport, Green Card, or EAC, and be fully vaccinated to apply for this role.
