A professional couple is looking for a long-term, full-time, live-out, lead formal dining server in Wellington, Florida. The role start as soon as possible. The family is not offering relocation so you must be a local candidate. The family includes the mother, father, 7-year-old girl, and 4-year-old boy. They have 3-pug dogs, 1-pomeranian, 1-maine coon cat, and birds. They have a fully staffed home (nannies, housekeepers, chefs, laundress, a home office with administrative staff, etc.).

The lead formal dining server must have several years of experience in a HNW formal home. Duties will include light breakfast meal prep (usually eggs, toast, and coffee), lunches and dinners will be cooked by their chef. Lunch is more informal serving and dinner will require more formal serving. The lady of the house may also ask this person to help ready the children in the mornings.

Hours will ideally be 5-days per week. There are two shifts and this person must be flexible to work either shift as needed. The two shifts are 6am-2:30pm and 12:30pm-9pm. Your two days off will vary from week to week.
