Overview

A loving family in Beverly Hills, CA, is seeking a dedicated right-hand assistant to join their team. The candidate would be supporting both principals with home and work life. The position would be a hybrid of on-property and remote work. The successful candidate will have a background in the entertainment industry, will understand ever-changing schedules and fast-paced environments, and be able to stay calm under pressure. The candidate must have a thirty-minute (or less) commute to Beverly Hills. This position is hiring immediately!

Responsibilities

  • Oversee calendars, inbox, scheduling, and travel logistics
  • Streamline operations
  • Implement systems for efficiency and organization
  • Provide administrative support and manage communications
  • Assist with creative projects, events, gifting, and personal tasks

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a family assistant, chief of staff, or EA/PA in a high-level or luxury setting
  • Proven ability to establish and manage systems across multiple priorities
  • Strong organization, discretion, and professionalism
  • Flexibility in schedule and pivot to changes
  • Readily accessible
  • Must live within 30 minutes of the Beverly Hills area
