A private and busy family is seeking a traveling Handyman to join their team at their East Hampton's and NYC residence. The hours vary and will be dependent on the family's travel schedule. Work schedule could be Monday through Friday, Tuesday through Saturday, or Sunday through Thursday, and will be a mix of day or night shifts depending on which location you are working in. The position requires a candidate who would be willing travel a few times per year to other properties if ever needed. 

This is not the family's primary residence, and they will be in and out with very little notice. They highly prioritize order and organization, so someone with an eye for detail is very important. They are looking for someone who understands the scope of handyman work vs using a vendor. Duties include all aspects of housekeeping, plumbing, painting, various repairs, carpentry, ability to use their own tools if property may not have a specific tool necessary to complete a task, ability to work from a checklist, run errands as needed, accept deliveries and inspect various items on property, as well as interior and exterior work as needed.

The ideal candidates will be self-starters who can take initiative when it comes to upkeep of the home. Someone thoughtful, flexible, and thorough, with meticulous craftsmanship would be perfect for this role. This is a fully staffed environment so you must be a team-player. Candidates must be COVID vaccinated and boosted to be considered. You must have a valid drivers license and a reliable vehicle.
