A busy family in Weston, MA is seeking a live-out weekend nanny to assist with their three children, aged newborn, 3, and 14. The schedule for this position is Saturday and Sunday, 9:30am-5:30pm, with some flexibility for later evening hours. 

Duties for this role include everything related to the children, such as planning outings and activities, children's meal preparation, keeping children's spaces tidy and organized, and driving the eldest child to extracurriculars. This position requires a nanny who has experience with three very different developmental stages and is comfortable working with multiple children simultaneously. Both parents are very involved, so the nanny should be comfortable working on a team and will understand when to step in, and when to allow for family time. The ideal candidate for this role will be warm and engaging, and will take direction well and have a strong attention to detail.
