A kind and thoughtful family in Southampton, New York is seeking a full-time live-in nanny for their 3 young children. The schedule will vary but will typically be Monday through Friday, about 7am to 7pm plus weekends if necessary. 

Job responsibilities will cover all care of the children, managing of their routines and schedules, preparing meals, and keeping their spaces and belongings clean and tidy. Two of the children go to school and one is at home. The ideal candidate is a flexible team-player with a warm and positive disposition. They're looking for someone playful and engaging who will initiate games, activities, and outings that stimulate their curiosity and development. The ideal person will encourage manners and kindness and will encourage them to read and are equals. This family treats their employees well and value mutual respect- they want a nanny who can grow with them and become a member of their family long-term.. They are food conscious, so no sugar is allowed in the home. This person should be able help around the house, jump in and do the dishes, clean up and help cook meals. 

A COVID vaccination is required. It is ideal if the nanny can join the family for short-term and long-term travel and you must be able to drive and swim (a car will be provided). The salary range offered is $35 to $45 per hour (plus applicable overtime) and the rate will reflect the experience and skill-set of the hired candidate.
