An older established couple is looking for a long-term, full-time, live-out maintenance manager, in Scottsdale, Arizona. The role starts as soon as possible. They are not offering relocation, but are offering a sign-on bonus. The principals will provide temporary housing, for a specific number of weeks, to allow the person time to secure their own housing.

This person must have several years of experience in maintenance of a large property, specifically a large private property, and experience with being hands-on and able to make necessary repairs. The maintenance manager should also have management experience, and be able to lead a team. Having any certifications is a bonus.

Property info: 60,000 square feet living space and 90 acres, central plant boiler and chiller system, multiple grease interceptors, sewage grinders/lift station, septic field, 50+ fan coil units, savant indoor and outdoor lighting, AV, HVAC, fireplace/fire-pit controls and window blind control, lutron lighting controls, pentair pool and spa controls for 7+ water features and pools, and state of the art security systems.

To be successful in this role you need to be well organized, manage preventative maintenance (PM) software, ensure PM’s are being addressed promptly and coordinate tasks with maintenance staff, ensure IT staff is on premises 10 hours/day, 7 days per week (+ holidays), ensure maintenance staff is on premises 10 hours/day, 7 days per week (+ holidays), ensure all outside vendors comply with background, confidentiality, and vendor agreement documents, schedule vendor visits, coordinate with security and household constraints, and troubleshoot any issues. 

This role will require flexibility in schedule, getting 2-days off per week. You must have a valid drivers' license, and must have a car.
